STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE PLANNING
Quarterly Marketing Presentation
To increase visibility and strategic direction for Broderick Group’s marketing efforts, I independently developed a quarterly marketing strategy presentation series. Inspired by the firm’s quarterly client reporting process, these presentations shifted internal marketing discussions from retrospective reporting to proactive planning.
Each quarter, I analyzed performance across the company’s digital marketing channels (website analytics, SEO, email marketing, and social media) to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend strategic initiatives for the upcoming quarter. While implementation priorities evolved with changing business needs, the presentations established a structured framework for data-informed marketing planning and cross-functional discussions.
