EMAIL NEWSLETTER REBRAND
Broderick Bulletin
Broderick Group distributed a weekly email newsletter featuring commercial real estate news from around the Puget Sound region. While the newsletter maintained consistently strong open rates, it primarily curated third-party articles and offered limited opportunities to showcase the firm’s expertise, properties, or market insights.
I developed and implemented a strategic rebrand to transform the newsletter from a news roundup into a content marketing initiative that strengthened Broderick Group’s brand, increased engagement with owned content, and encouraged readers to explore the company’s website.
